You have been referred to our oral surgeon by your dentist for the extraction of your tooth/teeth. All procedures will be done under a local anaesthetic, meaning you WILL NOT need to fast before hand, and you can eat as normal.

You can drive before and after the procedure (providing you feel capable to do so), but you are more than welcome to bring someone along with you - Due to the current regulations surrounding Covid-19, patients must attend on their own. Unless a chaperone is absolutely necessary for medical reasons, etc.

Your appointment has been allocated for your needs; should you need to cancel, please contact us on 01634 260413 within 24 hours of receiving your appointment acknowledgement.
Please note, you WILL NOT need to make any NHS payments on the day of your appointment with us, any payment necessary should be paid to your general dental practice. If you are a private patient, we will contact you at the end of the month to make the payment.

Before your appointment, you should download, print and complete the required documents (unless you have been able to complete the form sent to you via SMS or email, this is to ensure your appointment will run as efficiently as possible. Please click the 'Download Documents' tab below.

Following on from the procedure, you will be given instructions on how to keep the area clean to avoid infections. If you lose these instructions you can find them in the 'After Care Instructions' tab below.

Please bring an updated list of medications along with you, if necessary.

PARKING FACILITIES
Free parking is available on site.

DISABLED ACCESS
We have a portable ramp that can be put in place prior to you attending your appointment. Please let us know if you require the assistance of our ramp. The practice itself requires a slight manouevre when getting into the practice as there is a door ledge that requires a wheelchair to get over.
